Our journey began in 2003 with the registration of Jyani Construction Company as a proprietorship firm, where we laid the foundation with a clear focus on quality execution and reliable project delivery.
Through consistent performance, disciplined project management, and a commitment to excellence, we steadily expanded our capabilities and footprint across multiple sectors and regions. This journey of growth and transformation led to a major milestone in 2025, when we formally incorporated Jyani Private Limited to strengthen our corporate structure, scale our operations, and pursue larger and more complex projects.
Today, Jyani Group operates as a PHED AA Class Licensed, ISO Registered organization with a valid Electrical License, delivering end-to-end EPC and infrastructure solutions. We execute projects across Rajasthan, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, Delhi, Goa, Gujarat and other regions, covering water projects, hospitals, roads, buildings, and public infrastructure.
